 Subject: if you mean on profile
then you need subscription for that,it can be bought with RL money or in game money. you can find a very good guide on Subscription in Forum > Game Help > SUBSCRIPTION GUIDE - from w1 by Aeris. Its a lil outdated but otherwise its good.

If you want to know about pictures in posts then first upload those pics to something like photobucket and get the direct url. Put the url in [img ] url [/img ] (without spaces).

If you want pic in signature then go to Accounts . Under Communication Options click on Edit Forum signature and put the url in same way using [img ] tags.
