You can go there and up-grade you ship, but it costs millions to do so.  You can't hide from other boats unfortunately. When you start off fishing, use attack mode and it will tell you if there are other boats near by. When you see some, run fast in the opposite direction.  Also every time you get attacked and loose, you have to repair your ship, other wise you are stuck w/ a lifeboat and can't do anything. |
