| You would be right if they did it out of the blue, without any sign that things would change. That's not what happened. You, like everyone else had more than one month to get the information. You failed. You may be a paying customer, but waving this fact around without showing any sign of responsibility for what you did not do will only get frowns as a reaction. I'm only hoping this is a good lesson. And nothing more. I'm sorry if my words are too harsh, but I have responsibility in this also. And I don't take that lightly. |
