| Your energy and ability will be reset to full every hour for a normal player, or every half hour for a subscription player. You can gain more ability several ways. For 50 Sapphires you can gain your ability by 1+ Max at the Dark Forest, or, when there are some specials up, you can buy a fighting package witch usually gives you some Sapphires, elements, and most of the time some ability. Energy can be gained/refilled several ways as well. You can gain max energy by heading to the dark forest and finding the magical spring which raises your max energy by 1+. You can also gain max energy by some packages dw offers every now and then which off you some energy. Your energy will refill every hour if your a normal member, or every half-hour if you are a subscriber. you can gain more energy by buying some food/drinks at the food/drink shop. These do not add MAX energy but refill your current limit of energy. Also at the Helix Mines you can trade a helix ore for energy as well.
