Like Hell Kid said, your energy will be replenished every hour for non-subscriber members and every half-hour for every subscriber member.

You can refill by the helix mines, cost of 1 helix, or by buying some food or drink at the food/drink shop.

You can increase your energy several ways.
Some packages offer more energy if you buy them. You can also gain 1+ Max energy in the dark forest from a magical spring.
Some rings at the Ring shop offer more max energy.
