Boots with high power and stats sometimes appear as part of a Pop-up deal from time to time, whereas boots with only a power boost can be bought at the Fair from time to time, when it comes around. Both types can be bought from other players for the right price, so you should look around and see if you can find anything that catches your eye - and if you can afford it. |
