 Subject: Huge Apologies
May I start by saying a huge sorry for the whole day of downtime we experienced. Our data center had a power outage and because the box was updating mid power cut we ended up with a box that had files all over the place.

We then had 4 separate server techs take a look over the box until we decided it was totally dead and the only way to continue forward was a clean sweep.

At this stage we got a brand new server and rolled backups from the 24th August onto the box. You may all have a few hours worth of stuff missing from the latest backup.

On a good note we are now on a brand new server which will have rapid speeds, RAID backups and much quicker revives and resets, I have also given all of you 30 days regular subscription and 30 days ultra subscription for our downtime.

Apologies once again. We all hope you are happy with the game and always want you to continue playing within OGN.
