plattinum : from the Dark forest , or from the forest (each time u finish a quest ) , or from the markets .

helix : from loligo cave , or when u are a subbscriber ( 1 helix per day ) or an ultra subbscriber ( 1 sapphire and 2 helix per day ) , or from the markets as well .

elements : u can buy them with real money or from the markets .
