That is very usefull if you are connected.
But serfs can't use drinks, and I have to go to inventory and drink each 100 energy (about 6 min).
Maybe I want to improve my caracter that's all.
I buy helix, because I reach an energy level that goes beyond time. I can't consume the energy I have in 30 min, so food is no good for me.
