 Subject: Such a Wonderous Day
She saw him there,
With his jet black hair,
And how it shined,
The moment was well timed.

Her whole life,
She lived it right,
But it changed that day,
When she met him on her way.

Crouched low to the ground,
He made not a sound,
His front turned towards her,
His head in his hand.

She didn't know why,
She was drawn to this guy,
But there was something strange,
As he began to change.

A flash of pure white,
She jumped back in fright,
A pair of beautiful wings,
Stretched a wonderous height.

His head he did lift,
When she learned of his gift,
And his eyes they were strange,
For the colours did change.

And then he did stand,
and held out his hand,
The girl she did take it,
how well it was planned.

He pulled her close,
And whispered a toast,
The time is to go,
For you are a GHOST....
