	If you level up to a certain level ( example lvl 10 ) and purchase those weapons, then equip your character with them and level down ( anywhere under lvl 10 ) those weapons WILL work so long as you do not take them off. However, if you buy weapons of a different level and try to use them when not at that level, you cannot equip them. Example, level 4 buys weapons for a lvl 10 and tries to use them, they don't work.
