| creating a clan is a lot of work... first of all, I suggest you stop the automatic acceptance of players till your clan is operationnal. No need to throw them in a structure that is unfinished. Work on your forums, define a training program, define what you're ready to give as loans are concerned, add some games...and find a staff. Also, find funding ! If you think it's just too much for you, sell your clan, enter another and learn...you can always try to make your own later on. good luck ! |
