| you can have a dwelling at level 1 if you can afford to build it. I am level 20 and have had a dwelling since about level 8 if I remember - don't know where you are getting the idea of level 30 from when you level down the thing to watch out for is that if you take a higher level piece of armour or weapon off you can not put it on again until you reach the appropriate level |
