| Karma was an idea brought forth a long time, and has been in the making for quite some time now. But as far as idea's go, world 1 is the beta world where all these idea's are tested. W1 is where these idea's are tested, when they are stable they will be brought over, so in the future, any idea's will be tested first in w1. |
