| you can fill you outpost with troops without upgrading your outpost. upgrading your outpost just means you can train stronger troops. just make sure you have enough food or your new troops will starve and die or so i hear. Mr Bs outpost is inefficient. it produces 44 food but he only needs 14 to feed his troops so 30 food is wasted. if troops were relocated he could be producing enough food for his troops and more tokens. or atlest this is how understand it.  |
