| you can have all 168 troops with a level 1 outpost. however his outpost production is 31 (max) so that he can make 1 troop every 4 hours, this may be why at the moment his outpost looks to be inefficient. personally I stopped surrounding my outpost with troops when my outpost production got to +25 because that also makes 4 troops an hour. but to each his own... |
