Let me explain what is wrong with your statement. This game was always a business.

Spoiler Alert: OGN IS A BUSINESS.

Felt and Tycho spend what I am sure is probably the majority of their time either working on fixing bugs or getting updates to work. I suppose you think they should do that for free or "recreation" as you put it.

This seems to be a somewhat common mindset among players in this game (and one which has always baffled me). However, I have come to realize that this belief is not held by the majority of players, only the most vocal ones. The reason for this of course is that those who are satisfied and enjoying the game don't really feel the need to waste everyones time by posting expressions of enjoyment and satisfaction.

The impending result is that we only hear from the perpetual whiners whose catch phrase seems to be "It's not fair". You know what? You're right, it's not fair, but it's a big reason why I love this game. Because just like real life....can you guess...it's not fair. However, I think you are missing the point. The game doesn't have to be fair in order to be fun.

Accept that people who have played longer will be stronger, accept that those who spend money will be stronger. That is how this game works, that is how it has always worked and anyone who has played the game for at least 30 days should know that.

Additionally, if you have played this game for at least one or two months you should also know that there will be updates. Some may benefit you and some may not, but...there will be updates. That is how the game gets better and stays interesting.

I have been playing this game well over a year and many things have changed. Some things I like, some I don't...just like real life. The only difference is that I'm not the kind of guy who picks up his bat and ball and threatens to go home when the game isn't going my way.

This post and subsequent response must be at least the twentieth that I have have seen in the last two days. We get it, you don't like the updates, so you are going to take you're bat and ball and go home, and yet, I (and in my opinion) the majority of players in this game just can't seem to work up the motivation to care.

Go. To anyone who now hates the game, just go. We don't need your self aggrandizing post, as if you are the Sultan of Brunei and if you leave it will all come crashing down. It won't. Please get over yourself. Thanks.

P.S. This post isn't specifically directed at any one player but more as a general memo to all those who wish to use the forums as a personal dumping ground to complain about their own incompetance, ineptitude or unhappiness.
