 Subject: its better than
meteor storm, polar ray and imperium.
It also gives you an agility boost when used which might come in handy in longer battles.
The down side is the cost.
500 saps is alot compared to the cost of the other skills and in some cases it might be best to use the sapps or gold to get APs.
