 Subject: The Evil Wizard Afix
so I finally got to meet this guy haha, is it going to be possible for me to get my lvl 110 skill? like right now he comes every now and then but as I level up past level 100 will he come more often till it's only him? like at level 106 will it just be him over and over again?
