 Subject: Wisdom and focus magic
Forward. I have never read a mage guide before so if some of this is old to you, please understand. I'm just setting things straight and also moving on to more advanced information. These numbers are catered toward Wisdom and focus magic but are based on the Mage's Ice touch skill damage by other skills such as imperium and ice shower should not be directly calculated as they are weaker skills

ok this is my attempt to decipher wisdom, focus magic and its damage against Evli Wizard.
Enemy's defense does NOT affect your ability or amount of charge when you use focus magic. its all about your wisdom. see below

I ran a series of test to find out exactly how much wisdom it takes to add more to your magic. The answer is its based on wisdom of course, but you get 1 magic point per wisdom rounded to the nearest whole wisdom. also i dont have 427 wisdom. I only have 422 after being rounded. my Guess is you get reimbursed 5 wisdom for using the skill + 5 free points added to your magic... see below

Example:

Wisdom: 418.915 = 424 magic (418.915 rounds to 419; rounded to the nearest whole. skill cost 5, but reimbursed, and + 5 extra added ontop of magic.


So we have something going here

so far the equation looks like (im not sure about this because i have to ask other players at lower levels):

Key: y = magic boost from focus magic; x = your wisdom rounded to nearest whole

y "magic" = x - 5 "wisdom - cost of use" + 5 "reimbursement" + 5

or simply

y = x + 5


Wisdom: 419.746 = 425 magic (419.746 rounds to 420)
add +5 to magic gives 425

Wisdom: 420.259 = 425 magic (note here 420.259 round down to 420. that means no cookie)

Wisdom: 420.577 = 426 magic (420.577 rounds up to 421)
adding 5 gives 426

Ive worked my way up to 421.996 wisdom by the end of my test. lets try this by ourselves

421.996 rounds to 422 magic. adding 5 = 427

like i said, im not 100 % sure because i have to test this theory with other players at different levels.

damage to Evil Wizard Afrix increase by 1 every time i raised my wisdom.

Wisdom: 418.915 = 424 magic 676 damage
Wisdom: 419.746 = 425 magic 677 damage
Wisdom: 420.577 = 426 magic 678 damage
Wisdom: 421.996 = 427 magic 679 damage

play close attention to the sets of numbers on the right.

this is the amount of damage 1 magic is doing. after i get some sleep we get busy.

*** this tells me that my math is either wrong and that i need to find a constant and use it in a different equation or that im right but its not an equation,its a formula and the more wisdom yo u get the smaller the number will get *** ok .. 1.590000000000000......000001 . who gives a crap right? but this is math so we have to find out what's right.
