	of the element cap being lowered or updating the cbr like in w1. Supposedlly the level cap was to protect new players, but it hasnt done anything to help the older players, the term farming isnt even used anymore its just the norm for most to be killed over and over, making the dark forest pointless unless there an ultra, and under 30 is just a breeding ground for campers now.
