 Subject: I would have to disagree
From what i've seen and experienced they do quite well.
i know i could never be a helper/staff, answering the same questions over and over and over again from some newbie thats too lazy to read the forums.
and after all the effort they put in they have to put up with people complaining and whining how they can do this and it won’t do that and we want this but we don’t want that.
Mmmm considering they don’t get paid for this, just volunteer their time to help other people you might consider cutting them some slack.
