go to lumber mil in the start of the game... as u levle up ( if u do it properly) you will be able to get into the loligo caves buy about level 50 ( maby 30 if ur good)... once in the loligo caves u can make ALOT of money) any spare money you earn should as a investment towards helix to increase your maximum enargy this is a very long term process tho and will take about 4-5 months befor you see any real noticeable results .. your best bet is just to stay in the lumber mil for now tho  .. i suggest watching the market for a week or so before you start to play it ( and having quite a bit of money spare to invest into playing the market .i hope this helps  P.S as for "leveling up in the lumber mill" if u are talking about lumber mill leves then a long time as in training every revive for 3 months might get you 10 extra gold per 2 enargy but at low levels its is still worth doing untill you get to the loligo caves |
