Dang, that’s a hard situation to get out of. In my opinion the best thing you can do is confront the people who are saying that you are cheating on her.
Their is no other way to stop this happening, otherwise they will make and spread rumours that will not only get u dumped but also ruin your reputation.

(thats my opinion, someone else may come up with a better idea)
