| A scam, is basically a fraudulent business scheme. Trying to trick someone to profit. You were jailed for scamming on w1. I wonder how you would feel if someone tried to sell you a custom equipment which they happened to claim was a datyr item, with 400 agility and 500 power and wearable by level 1. You use huge amounts of your saved gold, and end up with a custom helmet which gives you... Say, +65 power boost. That's it. That kind of thing, is a scam, even if you offered the item for a much cheaper price than an original. You're trying to sell a custom item and saying it is something else. Not even trying to clear up that this item is a custom piece named after a rare game item. There are other methods of scamming but this is the one I believe you were jailed for. I believe putting the helmet in the auction house got you jailed. I just hope you do not do this again. Either way, you'll simply be caught again if you do. Lets just hope the buyers are aware. |
