	how i can rate the clan? i only know about my clan, and as Kesh said this is subjective. and i think you should more specific, the best on what? there are camper clan and venning clan in this game. one last thing, what about clan forum? is that one of your criteria? if it is yes, no one knows which clan that has a good clan forum but clan members only.
