| I think you are referring to citizenship, which is made available for you to choose from for the first 3 days of the month. You are choosing which city you will protect. The ownership of the lands by clans is completely different from the citizenship. The clan who owns a land will get the benefits that are granted. If you are not in a clan or your clan does not own a clan, you do not gain any of the benefits. Hope this helps  |
