| Not quite. May you be a citizen of a city or not, or not a citizen in any city, you can defend any city you wish. Let's say you've really stocked up on energy drinks and you use the Opera browser(without images), you can kill about 6k marauders each half an hour if your finger is quick on the F5 key. But to be fair, I mention that this has never been intended. People gain LPs too quickly this way. The testimony to this is there in w1, where you can't refresh. In other words, you are quite right. I don't think points should get halved at all. |
