| It was them who've stated on many occasions that this is a business. I and every spending customer, I would even go as far as to say non-spenders too, should be pissed off for this reason alone: In RL, if a company promises you one thing and does something else, it sure is at least awkward. I have the right to demand what was promised. I've paid for it. If I spent the amount you have, then I would be furious. I am aware that they are understaffed when it comes to developers, but that isn't my problem. There can be no excuses, because this is business. Then everyone should treat it that way, not as if they were you buddies. If you are forgetful about what was promised, I can link them here next time. I am NOT instigating here. I only want service. |
