Subject: Clarifcation on TF issues

I want to make it very clear that I have spoken to
Feltash about the accusations that players are cheating
at Town Fights. This was investigated weeks ago and
no irregularities were found in the fights.

Feltash's exact words were: There is no way to cheat it.
