| is basically the distance that ur opponent has to the goal so if he s just behind you, ur points are rather small for example the first track is 75 feet long, so the max points is 75 if he s got 35 to the finishing line then u get 35  so yes u are right, if u are close to the goal and u have attack cards left and poison too, then hammer him with that first before u cross the finishing line |
