But no, my flat is more dedicated to the fact that I am a PC/console gaming freak more than anything, my sculpting and painting stuff takes up one desk at the moment, and over the years I've either sold off or given away my miniatures. I would have more stuff, but due to a house burglary at my last address, I have about half the tools and miniatures I used to. On average, a 25mm high figure, sculpted from scratch, would take me about 3 days, with a lot of that time being taken up from the materials setting/drying and/or my changing/removing/adding/fiddling with details. The painting side would take me about 10 hours in total, but I can't sit in one spot for that long, so it'd cover a few days again, so about a week in total to make and paint a figure, depending on what it is exactly. |
