It will take place in local chat, every minute a card will be drawn (standard 52 card deck) and players can bet any amount the want on the next card being either: Higher, Lower, Red, Black, Specific Suit, or jackpot (ace of spades I think)and i think that's all the options. keep in mind every new card is from a full deck so the same card could appear twice in a row.
