| I think this idea is even better. Staff Thehunger Posts: 597 Subject: Mining Alright, well today I was mining and thinking about what I'm going to need for my level 30 armour and thinking that once I use all those alethite and burelia on that armour, what use is mining going to be? What will happen when I'm level 30 or 40 mining? So I was thinking, that at a set mining level, you could have the option to buy a new pickaxe which would give you the ability to randomly find helix mining spots where you normally mine for alethite and burelia. Maybe it'll be rare, but it will still happen. This way it encourages people to continue mining and it won't demolish the helix market because it won't be very often you actually do find the helix. This would make mining worthwhile and give more benefits to older players who keep with mining. Maybe even toss in other ores like chances of mining platinum, or even platinum or helix mines, they just take more mining energy to enter or something. Just a thought, want to know everyones feed back or suggestions/improvements. |
