Subject: Dwelling guide
Tell me if I missed something D; (I got this guide from China, special thanks to her. )

I. Starting Off
II. Cost Equation
III. Interest Equation
IV. Quick Reference

I. Starting Off

The Westlands > Docks > Slated Hut

A dwelling built here, one per player. At maximum output it gives 1k return per revive, totaling to 24k per day.

It requires 1 stone to be able to generate interest, at the current cost of 2 Platinum per stone. This stone is consumed at every reset. You can have a maximum of 2 dwelling level of stones inside at any one time, though only 1 stone will be in use.

In a nutshell, it costs 2k+ (Or current Platinum cost)* 2 to generate interest. If the interest returned is below that per reset, do not invest in stones and attempt to upgrade your dwelling further.

*Note that once you have a dwelling, regardless of dwelling level, you cannot buy Platinum from the Platinum shop anymore.

II. Cost Equation

There is a limit to resources, 1000 materials and 1000 wood. You can buy all the wood at any one time but you can only have 100 * dwelling level of materials at any one time.

Note that you also need to have 100 materials per level to be able to buy the level upgrade. It does not consume the materials however.

Total Cost: 1,047,000 Gold

1000 Gold for initial dwelling.
500,500 Gold for 1000 lumber.
500,500 Gold for 1000 materials.
45,000 Gold for level upgrades .

It is recommended that you DONT buy each material individually, as buying in tens will cost you a lower price overall.

550 * 10 = 5500 Gold paid.
550 + 551.....+ 559 = 5545 Gold paid

Level 1
Initial Cost - 1000 Gold
100 Materials - 5050 Gold
100 Lumber - 5050 Gold

Total cost so far: 11,100 Gold

100 Lumber - 75,050 Gold (800 total)

Total cost so far: 669,800 Gold

Level 8 to 9
Level 8 to 9 upgrade - 8000 Gold
100 Material - 85,050 Gold (900 total)
100 Lumber - 85,050 Gold (900 total)

Total cost so far: 847,900 Gold

Level 9 to 10
Level 9 to 10 upgrade - 9000 Gold

100 Lumber - 95,050 Gold (1,000 total)

Total cost: 1,047,000 Gold

III. Interest Equation

Interest is calculated this way.

Your max interest is determined by your materials, at 1 gold per material.

Wood determines the percentage of your max interest that you will get, at 0.1% per wood.

So for example, if a dwelling has 300 wood (30%) and 700 materials, the interest will be 700 * 30% = 210 Gold per revive.

Similarly, if a dwelling has 700 wood (70%) and 300 materials, the interest will be 300 * 70% = 210 Gold per revive.

Hence it is recommended to keep your wood to material count close together, as buying excess of any resource costs more then buying same amounts of resources with the same results.

Counting that each Platinum costs 2k, the dwelling will start turning a profit at full level 6.
It is recommended that you do not invest Platinum until that point

All above construction costs does not count in the cost of Platinum.
