Subject: i have a problem

i wanted to go to wizzard ruben but he said: You feel as if you shouldn't be here. Go back to the Elite Palace and press Exit.

so, i go to elite palace and try to exit.... i tried much time but still wizzard ruben said like that... is it happen to everybody or just me?
