	it's like that for a reason, campers would just stay at the same level for ever. At a certain level(I can't remember which one) you start to gain exp so you can't stay at the same level for 2 years or so, but if you are below that level then you gain no exp, so you should camp when you start and when you are strong enough or when your stat gain is low, level up and when you need higher stats then camp some more.
